"You Drive Me Crazy" may be the name of one of Britney Spears' biggest hits, but its also the way Fernando Flores, a bodyguard who worked for Brit last year, feels about his former boss. Flores is suing the 29-year-old singer for a whopping $10 million for, what he calls, "repeated, unwanted sexual advances and harassment" during his six-month stint in her employ.
According to Radar Online, Flores, a 29-year-old former cop, has filed a lawsuit alleging that Spears "paraded naked in front of him" and often summoned him to her bedroom "for no other purpose or reason than to expose her naked or near naked body to (Flores)."
Flores also claims that Spears was frequently under the influence of drugs, including methamphetamines, in his presence. The lawsuit states, "Based on his former experience as a police officer, (Flores) is informed and believes and alleged thereon that... Spears was often under the influence of illegal prescription and non-prescription drugs, such as Ritalin, Narcon... and methamphetamines."
Flores doesn't stop there, claiming that Spears' lack of personal hygiene was one of the main reasons her alleged sexual advances were unwanted. "Spears was generally personally unkempt," the lawsuit states. "Spears had obnoxious personal habits, such as chain-smoking cigarettes, which made her smell continually of stale tobacco. She broke wind or picked her nose... unapologetically before (Flores) and others, and she was constantly and gratuitously loud and profane in her speech."
Flores' quit working for Spears in July 2010 after just six months -- storming out of Britney's Calabasas, Ca., mansion after she allegedly leaned over in a nightgown and exposed herself to him.
Spears' lawyers have filed a motion stating that Flores' allegations are false (hopefully that includes the nose-picking and breaking wind).
